Passion for Pets, Growth for You – A Rewarding Career in Compassionate Care!

Reasons To Work With Us

At Community Veterinary Clinic, we care deeply about the animals we serve, the people who trust us, and the team that makes it all possible. We’re looking for professionals who want to grow in a supportive environment, do meaningful work, and be part of a clinic that values compassion, teamwork, and community impact.

Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or an emerging professional looking for mentorship, we offer an environment where you can build your skills while making a real difference.

Mentorship

We have experienced veterinarians who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and supporting team members as they grow. For new graduates and developing professionals, this means access to guidance, collaboration, and a team that wants to help you succeed.

Lifestyle

We’re based in Vero Beach, where coastal living and community connection create a more balanced pace of life. Our clinic reflects that same energy: professional, hardworking, and supportive, without the toxicity that can make veterinary medicine harder than it already is.

Supportive Work Environment

Veterinary medicine can be demanding, and we take that seriously. We work hard to support our veterinarians with mentorship, a strong technical team, collaboration, and a workplace culture built around respect, communication, and care.

Giving Back

We believe in conservation, and a portion of every medical exam supports conservation projects near and dear to our hearts. We support anti-poaching in the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, the Environmental Learning Center in Vero Beach, and the Levera sea turtle project in Grenada, West Indies.

Rabies

We partner with Rabies Free Africa and our own charity, Community Health Coalition. We travel to Malawi, hold rabies vaccine clinics in the local villages, and hold a tennis tournament every year called Rally for Rabies. We recently hosted the 2022 French Open Champs!

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation along with benefits designed to support your personal and professional well-being, including paid time off, continuing education support, retirement benefits, and a health insurance stipend.

Community

We do preventative work in our community. We try our best to charge fair prices, host a free rabies clinic once a year, and provide high-quality, affordable care.

Travel

We provide opportunities to travel to Africa to work the vaccine clinics and go on safari. We are an international crowd and believe seeing the word is important. You will get time off to travel.

Family

We are family-owned and operated. We aren’t corporate, and we will treat you like the individual you are. We value our team members and are very protective of keeping our work environment pleasant, kind, and enjoyable.
